Lesson Breakdown
 0-30mins (30 Mins) Mise en Place (put in place)…this half hour is used for preparation of your meal. You will learn various knife cuts, and set up all the ingredients that you need, so that everything is easily accessible.
 30mins-3.0hours (3hours) Actual lesson… During this time you will engage in the hands on lesson. Not only will you learn to cook the meal of your choice, but you will learn various meat cuts, food history, and different variations of foods that may pertain to your meal. Most importantly, it is the end of this segment that you enjoy the fruits of your labor!
 3.0hours- 4 hours(1hour) Cleanup…This time is used to clean up, and properly store your food. You may also ask any questions, or revisit problems areas during the lesson.
